Tasks; Mash teamed up with Michelin star chefs to create special events introducing the Australian Black Truffle to finest restaurants in the UK & Europe. My Job was to create brochures of the truffle events, accompanied by beautifully shot photography capturing the essence of the night and documenting each course of the menu from prep' to presentation.
